Charlotte is a fourth year McGill Bioengineering student interested in computational biology and immunoengineering. She has previous experience as a computational biology summer student at the Terrence Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research, an immunology summer student at Sunnybrook Research Institute, and an undergraduate TA for the McGill Department of Computer Science. Charlotte is the Publications Director for the Engineering Undergraduate Society, VP Communications and Subteam Lead for McGill Biodesign, a staff writer and editor for the Plumber’s Ledger, and a member of the McGill Figure Skating Team. As Research Director, Charlotte is responsible for researching, developing and using technology to improve the company's procedures and operations. She also develops lab procedures to analyse and process research findings. In her free time, she loves to read, crochet, and take long walks.
Thomas graduated from McGill Architecture in 2021, and has spent the last two years working with a multidisciplinary urban design and innovation team based at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is currently with the ReCONstruct project at McGill, working at the intersection of policy, building technology, and informatics to generate tools for mass retrofit and decarbonization decision-making in Canada’s building sector. Thomas has previous experience as a teaching assistant and research fellow at McGill, as well as an architectural designer working in affordable real estate development. Thomas previously served as a McGill SoA Lecture Series Coordinator, and the Chief Design Editor for the School of Environment’s research publication. As Design Director, Thomas oversees product design, manufacturing, and systems engineering. He is also responsible for informing the product roadmap, shaping a backlog of ideas, and developing graphic and industrial designs. Thomas loves to bike, read, and bake in his free time.
